Woven not quite right for the job? Printed labels give you exquisite colour and fine detail, and they have been tested to withstand repeated washing under ordinary conditions. They are increasingly popular because they are highly customisable and considerably more affordable than weaving.
Because the design is printed onto ribbon rather than woven into it, a printed label holds far more information than the average woven label. Any custom message, design, care instruction or logo can be printed — which is why almost every wash-care label in a garment is printed rather than woven.
Artwork and delivery times are fast. We provide a production sample for approval within 5–7 working days of receiving your signed approval.
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, with no maximum.

Before you order
When should I choose printed over woven?
Choose printed when the label has to carry a lot of small text — wash-care symbols, fibre composition, multi-language regulatory information. Choose woven when the label is the brand statement and you want texture and longevity.
What materials can you print on?
Polyester satin, nylon taffeta, cotton twill tape and woven-edge polyester satin in double face. Each has a different hand feel and a different price point.
Will the print survive washing?
Yes. Our printed labels are tested to stay legible through repeated washes under ordinary domestic conditions. Industrial laundering is harder on print, so tell us if the garment is destined for hospitality or healthcare use.
Can you print care symbols and multiple languages?
Yes. We hold the standard care symbol set and regularly print labels carrying three or more languages for brands selling into several markets.
Do you cut and fold printed labels?
Yes. We cut and seal every label to prevent fraying, and we offer the same folding options as our woven labels — end fold, loop fold, centre fold and others.
What is the minimum order for printed labels?
500 pieces per design, with no maximum, the same as our woven and heat transfer labels.
